Prospective customers electing to pay for products via Paypal, who then subsequently cancel a transaction in part or whole prior to dispatch of said item / items or alternatively opt to return a product for a refund due to a change of mind, should note that Paypal associated commission fees still apply whether the sale is successful or otherwise. Paypal commission fee charges are still applied to the initial original order submitted

Unless the problem is the fault of the seller, then all buyers must take cognisance of this implementation by Paypal and agree as part of the terms and conditions prior to purchasing any goods on this website, that said Paypal commission fees are deemed non refundable and excluded from the refund procedure.

The owners of CelticPlayerIssue.com fully appreciate all the problems associated with distance purchasing. In order to counteract those problems the website intentionally exceeds the industry standards by applying numerous close up images coupled with exhaustive descriptions of goods listed for sale. This in effect leaves the viewers in no doubt as to what he or she is considering buying.

In addition to the images and descriptions applied, we always answer any questions or enquiries within 24 hours of communication being received. We will do our best to answer any questions or queries prior to any customer following through with a purchase. These combined services are intentionally offered to prevent any mistakes made by the viewer prior to purchase. This should alleviate most if not all distance buying problems.

The seller only agrees to absorbing the costs of Paypal sales commission fees whenever the goods paid for are duly dispatched in their condition described then ultimately received and retained by the buyer.

Would all customers and prospective buyers please note there's several weeks delay on International deliveries reaching their intended destinations.

The unusual hitch is obviously due to significant staff reductions world-wide in the handling of shipping products caused by self isolation, safety concerns at place of employment or through contracting Coronavirus itself.

This is clearly outside of our control and I call upon our customers to be patient during the Covid-19 pandemic and more importantly stay safe.

The Royal Mail website has updated their Track & Trace signature requirement procedural policy during the escalating Covid-19 pandemic The link can be found at :- www.royalmail.com/coronavirus

The content reads as follows :-

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. We take the health and safety of our people very seriously. We have provided guidance to our people, our customers and communities in which we operate, to help prevent the spread of any infection. We are doing so in line with preventative guidance from Public Health England.

Signing for and receiving items

In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all deliveries that require a signature.

Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where we need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

If you are unable to come to the door at all we will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from our local Customer Service Point on your behalf. In this situation, and to keep your mail as secure as possible, they will need to bring along the card we left you and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to. Full acceptable forms of ID can be found hereOpens in a new window.

As a result of this change, please see changes to our processes for business and personal customers.

Contingency plans

In the event we need to close one of our units, this decision would be made in line with Public Health England guidance. Royal Mail has many years’ experience of contingency planning for a number of different scenarios. We will follow the Government’s advice and work closely with the relevant authorities.

We have extensive experience in being able to quickly deploy business contingency plans so we continue to provide customers with access to our services and their mail.
