All goods will be inspected then undergo a second examination by Quality Control prior to shipping / posting. They are then processed at our separate warehouse facilities from where all goods are duly shipped worldwide.
In compliance with the security measures demanded by and set in place by both WorldPay and Paypal respectively , we shall only dispatch orders to the verified and registered name and address details held by said companies.
We will only ship / post items fully insured and with a Domestic or International Signed For Tracking Number and shall notify each customer of the relevant tracking number details per e-mail. International customers must allow for at least a minimum of 10 full normal working days ( excluding week-ends ) once the products have been shipped / posted for the items to be delivered.
All orders shall be dispatched in an appropriate manner / packaging format conducive to the products purchased, in respect of which, one can reasonably expect, to arrive at the intended destination undamaged.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make themselves available to either take possession of and sign for receiving their parcel dispatched by our company or alternatively make the relevant / necessary arrangements to uplift said parcel held at a specific depot or office prior to being returned back to ourselves. If the purchaser fails to implement both options then he or she will accept financial liability to pay for the initial shipping/insurance fees and any subsequent repeat of said shipping/insurance fees incurred for dispatching said product/products from our warehouse.
If for whatever reason the customer experiences ' buyers remorse ' ( they've simply had a change of mind on purchasing the goods ordered without any defects to the goods received ) and intimates their wish to return all or part of their order then it shall be the buyers responsibility to refund the seller on the original shipping/ postage/insurance fees. In addition the customer will be liable to pay all shipping/postage/full insurance fees applicable for returning all or part of said order. The costs originally incurred by the seller shall be deducted from the original payment ( Excluding Paypal sales commission fees ). The customer will be required to provide CelticPlayerIssue.com with the respective allocated return tracking number. Mere proof of postage without the required tracking number and fully insured service used will not suffice.
Customers must take cognisance of the fact that Paypal will not refund initial sales commission fees irrespective of the circumstances. Whenever the sale proves successful, the seller acknowledges full responsibility for incorporating such fees into the original payment. This is agreed in principle by the seller and deemed both acceptable and fair to both parties engaged in the original transaction.
However, if the sale does not ultimately prove successful whereby the customer experiences buyers remorse ( when the customer simply changes his or her mind about purchasing products that meet the full description of those goods or purchased the wrong size by failing to read all information provided prior to purchase ) then the customer will agree in advance of the original purchase payment to forego the refund of Paypal commission fees on any sale which failed to materialise due to the customers conduct.
The customer shall, in addition, forego/incur a 15% handling fee alongside Paypal commission fees and associated shipping/postage/insurance fees for returning goods confirmed to be found in perfect condition. Such penalties are at the discretion of the seller. Expenses brought about through customer ' change of mind ' or failure to read all item specifics prior to purchase or failure to enquire about any aspect of a product which may deter the customer from wishing to retain said product at a later date cannot be absorbed by this company. It is the customers responsibility to acquire all relevant information prior to purchase.
Such non-sustainable costs directly attributable to buyers remorse will be implemented to avoid unnecessary financial hardship to the running or well-being of this company. This is both fair and reasonable to all parties concerned.
For orders placed outside the U.K. please note that you are responsible for any customs , import duties and clearance fees ( where applicable ) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities prior to purchase. Please note we do not accept Worldpay Credit Card payments or Paypal orders from the following nine countries namely, Afghanistan, Brazil, Ethiopia, Iran, Nigeria, North Korea, Poland, Russia or Ukraine.
We reserve the right to apply a 15% handling fee plus in addition, deduct the sum of the original shipping / insurance costs for goods returned on the basis the customer has experienced buyers remorse or changed their mind. All items must be returned in exactly the same condition and packaging as dispatched, namely unworn, unwashed, complete with all swing tag labels still intact and without any damage to either the swing tags or original manufacturers packaging ( where applicable ). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition as previously described. We will not refund payment on certain items under any circumstances such as socks or pants / trousers with inner briefs on grounds of hygiene.
The customer must notify us of any intended returns and reason for same within 14 days of receipt of said goods and prior to returning the products. The purchaser then has a further 14 days after notifying the seller of their intentions, to return the goods to the seller. The buyer must return the goods via fully insured postage / shipping services and at their expense. Respective refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned goods being received by the seller and only after said goods have been thoroughly examined by the seller for any damages or signs of wear etc.
Warranty & Guarantees
All goods will be inspected then undergo a second examination By Quality Control prior to shipping / posting. This negates any possibility of damage goods being dispatched. Any imperfect goods received by the buyer shall be treated as having sustained said damage or imperfections during transit and shall result in a postal insurance claim against the postal / courier service chosen. Any goods returned to ourselves must include the original packaging for insurance claim inspections. Please note that it can take up to 16 weeks before an insurance claim is settled to the original buyer.
Our products are by their very nature discontinued items some of which date back more than 20 years or beyond. Much the same as buying antiques they have not been recently manufactured. Some items may show faint marks of dust but we will never dispatch anything with obvious stains , pulls , catches , holes , rips , tears , other cosmetic imperfections , loose stitching or other known defects
Paypal Payment Cancellation & Refund Commission Fees
Prospective customers electing to pay for products via Paypal, who then subsequently cancel a transaction in part or whole prior to dispatch of said item / items or alternatively opt to return a product for a refund due to a change of mind, should note that Paypal associated commission fees still apply whether the sale is successful or otherwise. Paypal commission fee charges are still applied to the initial original order submitted.
Unless the problem is the fault of the seller, then all buyers must take cognisance of this implementation by Paypal and agree as part of the terms and conditions prior to purchasing any goods on this website, that said Paypal commission fees are deemed non refundable and excluded from the refund procedure.
