Sporting ID Official Scottish Professional Football League Champions Style Sleeve Badge Season 2020-2021

This listing is for one ( not a pair ) official Sporting ID, S.P.F.L. (Scottish Professional Football League), Player Issue,  'Champions' style sleeve badge covering the 2020-2021 season. Each participating club were allocated an individually coloured sleeve badge finished in their respective club colours. 

Celtic's patch was Green and White with a touch of gold representing Champions status. Aberdeen's badge displayed Red and White colouring. Dundee United's sleeve badge displayed Tangerine and Black colours and so on. Its was a new format to players strips. The individual badge was solely worn on the right sleeve. This allowed individual clubs to broker supplementary shirt sponsorship deals for display on the left sleeve.

Season 2020-2021 league fixtures commenced in August 2020 though supporters were prevented from attending games due to the continued presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. This unusual season also presented Celtic FC with the opportunity to rewrite the record books by attempting to win a record tenth league title in a row during their relentless charge towards winning more trophies than any other football club in Scottish history. 

Nor did the footballing authorities at Hampden Park, Glasgow cover themselves in glory for season 2020-2021. They failed to attain and implement a replacement sponsorship deal for the new league campaign following the early demise of the Ladbrokes sponsorship contract from the season before.

Please remember you are purchasing one badge for the application onto a 2020-2021 shirt right sleeve only. Do not under any circumstances apply this patch onto the left sleeve.
